Processing Time

• All orders are hand-poured and made with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• During high-demand periods (holidays, sales, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times & Rates

• We currently ship within the United States (international shipping coming soon!).
• Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Similuu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us at similuu@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damages & Replacements

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll be happy to replace it.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will make it right!
